Complaints and Refunds
If you have not received your order within 50 business days (from abroad) and have not received a seizure letter, please let us know. We will provide you with further instructions.
We do not refund money.
- If there is no change in the tracking status or no seizure letter is received after “50 days”, the customer may request an internal investigation by the shipping department. The quality control department reserves the right to handle the order in the best way possible. All parties will communicate with the customer and may approve or reject a refund or resend. Be prepared to provide the shipping department with a NEW/CLEAN shipping address. Under no circumstances can it be the same order that was issued in the event of a previous order being seized/lost or damaged.
- The Strict/Clear Reshipment Terms state that if the customer does not receive the package on time and/or provides an incorrect address, we are not obliged to reship/refund due to the customer’s incorrect shipping details. It is your responsibility to check shipping details carefully before making payment.
We are not liable for:
- Obvious postal service errors or incorrect addresses provided by the Customer.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged items (damaged items may be exchanged at the discretion of customer service – customers are required to submit full package and damaged item photos for review). Anaboliclaboratory.com is not responsible for the handling and care provided by postal services once shipments are sent out.
